Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Sobo Hair Boutique provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Sobo Hair Boutique hair service.

Please note we require a deposit for all hair services which is deducted from the overall cost of your hair service. In the event that you need to cancel or change your appointment our policy is 48-hours notice.

Any missed or changed appointments out with 48-hours notice will result in a small fee of £20.

Please arrive for your appointment on time.
Late arrival for appointments may reduce the blow dry time of your appointment. On the odd occasion your stylist may not be able to offer your hair service and your appointment may need to be re-arranged there may be a higher amount due which will be at the Manager’s discretion.
We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
